Cloverdale Foods Company is proud to support the communities in which we do business. Due to the large volume of requests we receive for donations and sponsorships, we ask for your help by following our request process so we can respond to you as quickly as possible.
Requests should be made four to six weeks in advance of the event. Requests are reviewed weekly and we strive to contact you within three weeks of your request. Please make your requests in writing by simply filling out our Request for Donation or Fundraising form. To expedite your request, all information listed on the form must be filled out. Once completed, the form can be sent one of the following ways:
